Second reading of Ordinance 2024-1548 (Specific Plan SP22-0001) to adopt the Pacific Specific Plan to establish development guidelines and serve as the primary land use, policy, and regulatory document for the project site.
Environmental Review
There are no CEQA or other environmental considerations or impacts associated with the second reading of the proposed ordinance. The impacts associated with the Specific Plan were evaluated in an Environmental Impact Report (FEIR24-002/SCH No. 2022050650), which was approved by the City Council in connection with the introduction of Ordinance 2024-1548.
Fiscal Impact
There is no anticipated fiscal impact that will arise from adoption of this ordinance.
