Executive Summary
Second reading of Ordinance 2024-1547 approving a rezone (R21-0002) of a 33.2-acre project site from Industrial (I) to Specific Plan Area (SPA). A comment letter received from Western States Regional Council of Carpenters after first reading of ordinance at July 23, 2024 City Council meeting is included in the agenda packet.
Environmental Review
There are no CEQA or other environmental considerations or impacts associated with the second reading of the proposed ordinance. The impacts of the rezone were evaluated in an Environmental Impact Report (FEIR24-002/SCH No. 2022050650), which was approved by the City Council in connection with the introduction of Ordinance 2024-1547.
Fiscal Impact
There is no anticipated fiscal impact that will arise from adoption of this ordinance.
