Executive Summary
Subsequent to the City Council’s consideration and approval of Resolution 2024-9378, an error was discovered regarding the not-to-exceed amount of the SEMA contract.
Discussion
The City Council approved Resolution 2024-9378 appropriating additional funds into the Creek Infrastructure Project and commensurately amending the not-to-exceed amount of the construction contract. The approved Resolution did not accurately reflect the construction contract not-to-exceed amount. The attached resolution amends and restates the approved resolution for the purpose of correcting the not-to-exceed amount.
Environmental Review
The activity performed under this action is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the CEQA Guidelines; and, is therefore not subject to environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15060(c)(3).
Fiscal Impact
The proposed action would not affect any prior approved appropriations.
