Introduction
California Community Redevelopment Law ("CRL"), and specifically section 33433 (c) (1) of the Health & Safety Code, requires that a report be filed with the legislative body within 30 days after the end of the Agency fiscal year, which identifies any sale or lease of a "small housing project" as defined by that section.

Discussion
CRL requires that the Successor Housing Agency ("SHA") must file an annual progress report with the legislative body within 30 days after the end of the Agency fiscal year, which report must identify any sale or lease of a small housing project. Health & Safety Code section 33431 allows that any lease or sale made pursuant to Section 33430 may be made without public bidding, but only after a public hearing. The Agency must file a report with the legislative body for any lease or sale pursuant to Health & Safety Code section 33431. This report is submitted to comply with the law.

The SHA has sold six such properties during the last two fiscal years. These properties consisted of lots within resident-owned mobile home parks, the conversion of which were assisted by the former Redevelopment Agency (RDA) several decades ago.
