ADOPT a resolution approving an amendment to professional services contract 6294 with Villa Civil for the Creek Infrastructure Project, and authorizing the City Manager or delegated designee to finalize and execute the contract amendment.

Executive Summary
To assist with the management of the Creek Infrastructure Project (Project) the City utilizes the professional services of Villa Civil to support staff in the performance of duties related to the Project. Although construction work has concluded, work relating to the closing-out of the project continues and additional support services are required.
Discussion
The City has an existing contract with Villa Civil to provide professional services to assist staff in the management of the Project. The proposed amendment would provide additional staff support to address outstanding contract payments and change orders; assistance with claims, meet and confer sessions, mediation sessions; and other activities required to close-out the Project.

Not Applicable.
Fiscal Impact
Approval of the proposed action would increase the total not-to-exceed contract amount with Villa Civil to $1,339,300.00. The funds for the additional $219,980 amendment are included within the existing Capital Improvement Program Budget project accounts, and no additional appropriations are needed at this time.
