Executive Summary

Due to the minimum wage increase in California for employers employing 26 or more employees to fifteen (15) dollars per hour effective January 1, 2022, Human Resources/Risk division has taken the necessary steps to update existing part time classification and compensation schedule.

 

Discussion

In order to comply with California minimum wage requirements the City has updated current Part Time Classification and Compensation schedule.
