Executive Summary
The City maintains an agreement with Roth Staffing Companies, LP, doing business as Ultimate Staffing, to provide temporary staffing services on an as-needed basis across multiple departments.

Consistent with the City's purchasing authority under San Marcos Municipal Code (SMMC) Chapter 2.30, this resolution authorizes continued use of the contract in subsequent fiscal years subject to approved budget appropriations.

Discussion
The City entered into an agreement with Roth Staffing Companies, LP, doing business as Ultimate Staffing, to provide temporary staffing services on an as-needed basis across multiple departments.

The proposed resolution does not modify the existing contract terms. Pursuant to SMMC Chapter 2.30, Section 2.30.030, contracts exceeding the City Manager's Delegated authority require a report to City Council. Consistent with the City's purchasing authority under San Marcos Municipal Code (SMMC) Chapter 2.30, this resolution authorizes continued use of the contract in subsequent fiscal years subject to approved budget appropriations.
