1.                     ADOPT (Second Reading) Ordinance No. 2025-1560 approving Specific Plan (SP 23-0001), the Armorlite Lofts Specific Plan.

 

2.                     ADOPT (Second Reading) Ordinance No. 2025-1561 approving Rezone R 23-0001, rezoning the 2.44-acre project site from Public Institutional (PI) to Specific Plan Area (SPA).

On May 19, 2025, the Planning Commission voted 7-0 to recommend the City Council approve the proposed project.

Fiscal Impact

The adoption of the Specific Plan (SP 23-0001) and Rezone R23-0001 are not expected to result in direct fiscal impacts to the City of San Marcos.
