ADOPT a resolution awarding contracts as follows: to Stertil-Koni USA Inc., under Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #121223-SKI, for the purchase and delivery of one in-ground tandem axle heavy equipment lift, in the amount of $211,731.29; and to Southwest Lift & Equipment, Inc., named the local dealer and preferred installer, for civil and installation services, in the amount of $271,767.00; and authorizing the City Manager to negotiate, finalize, and execute both contracts and any related documents, for a combined not-to-exceed amount of $483,498.29.

Executive Summary
The Public Works Department maintains a fleet of more than 420 assets of varying sizes and functions.
The City's Fleet Maintenance Facility currently operates with two single rear-axle in-ground lifts, which limits the ability to safely raise and service tandem-axle vehicles. Since the construction of the Fleet Maintenance Facility, the City's fleet has grown substantially in both size and complexity, with the addition of more heavy equipment and specialty vehicles.
The installation of a new in-ground tandem axle heavy equipment lift will address these operational limitations and support the Department's evolving maintenance needs.
Approval of this resolution will restore full heavy-duty lifting capability to the City's Fleet Maintenance Facility, ensuring that Public Works can continue to provide timely, safe, and efficient maintenance support for all City departments.
