DEPARTMENT TO APPLY FOR THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO  
NEIGHBORHOOD REINVESTMENT PROGRAM GRANT  
ADOPT a resolution authorizing the San Marcos Fire Department to apply for the  
County of San Diego Neighborhood Reinvestment Grant.

ADOPT a resolution for the Weed and Nuisance Abatement Itemized Cost Report and  
AUTHORIZE City staff to deliver the same to the County of San Diego Tax Assessor  
and the Treasurer-Tax Collector to recover the same by way of special assessment and  
associated lien against the property located at 0 WOODLAND PKWY Assessor's  
Parcel Number: 224-040-4000.

ENGINEERING SERVICES  
ADOPT resolution awarding the consultant contract for on-call traffic engineering  
services to Chen Ryan Associates, Inc. and delegating authority to and authorizing the  
City Manager to negotiate, finalize, and execute the contract and all related documents.

RESOLUTION NOS. 2026-9638 & 2026-9639 - DECLARING CERTAIN  
PARCELS TO BE SURPLUS PROPERTY; EXEMPT FROM THE  
SURPLUS LAND ACT; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO  
SEEK CONFIRMATION FROM THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF  
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WITH RESPECT TO  
SUCH EXEMPTION; AND AUTHORIZING AN APPRAISAL TO MARKET  
SURPLUS PROPERTY FOR SALE, AND AUTHORIZING ALL  
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE TRANSFER AND SALE IN THE  
EVENT SAID EXEMPTION FROM THE SURPLUS LAND ACT IS  
CONFIRMED BY THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND  
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT  
1. ADOPT a resolution declaring APNs 220-222-07-00 and 220-222-23-00 to be surplus  
property and exempt from California Surplus Land Act, and authorizing the City Attorney  
to seek confirmation from the California Department of Housing and Community  
Development (HCD) with respect to such exemption.

ADOPT a resolution awarding a contract for Council Chambers renovations at 1 Civic  
Center Dr (City Hall) and delegating authority to the City Manager to Negotiate, Finalize,  
and Execute the Contract with Flow Builders.
